On the One スタッフ全員がとんでもない食べ歩き族なだけに、「発見した美味しい店を読者の皆さんと情報交換!」するべく、急遽、新企画<Food Friday>が決定! 開業日となる今回は、吉祥寺のイタリアン、穴場中の穴場を紹介。

料理:     4.5 / 5

とにかく料理が美味しい!フレッシュ・パスタ、本格石窯で焼きあげたピザ、そして東京一新鮮なのでと思う程フレッシュなサラダ。僕のお気に入りはパンナピザ(\1400)、生ハムとルッコラのピザ(\1800)。


価格:     4 / 5
ディナーだとそれなりの値段になると思うけど、料理の質を考えるとそれも納得。そこで、是非とも利用して欲しいのが、週末のランチスペシャル(11:30-2:30)。前菜サラダ、お好みのピザかパスタ、そしてお好みのドリンク(ビール、ワイン、コーヒー、紅茶、など)付き。これで\1050なら、東京一お得と言っても過言じゃない。

As we here at On the One are all terrifically big fans of eating out often, we decided that it only made sense to share with you the many wonderful places to eat that we’ve found around the city. For this, the inaugural edition of Food Friday, I have chosen to share one of Kichijoji’s best kept Italian secrets:

Though I want you all to form your own opinions, I will give you some quick thoughts…


Food: 4.5 / 5
The food at Le Befana is absolutely incredible. Fresh pastas, pizzas made in wood-burning ovens and the some of the freshest salads I’ve seen in Tokyo. My favorites are the panna pizza (\1400) and prosciutto and rucola pizza (\1800).


Value: 4 / 5
If you go in the evening, it can be a little pricey, but given the quality of the food it is hard to complain. However, I strongly recommend you take advantage of their weekend lunch specials (11:30-2:30); a small appetizer salad, your choice of pizza or pasta and drink of your choice (beer, wine, coffee, tea and more). At just \1050 I think this is easily of the best lunch values in all of Tokyo.

I have no complaints about the service and have never had any problems.
