駅から徒歩２０分。でも、そのウマイ焼肉の誘惑に誘われ、その道のりを歩く。そして歩く。２０分歩けば、その向こうには最高に美味しくてジューシー、そしてやわらかい牛肉がそこに待っている・・・
この恵比寿の“虎の穴”（そう、「虎・の・穴」ですよ「虎・の・穴」、そこの皆さん！何ゆえ「虎の穴」！？どうやら直訳しちゃダメらしいよ、日本語アマチュアの方々。「虎の穴って言ったらやっぱりアノ穴・・・？」「それとも・・・」なんて。中国を語源とするれっきとしたことわざがあるってツッコマレるまでは、変な妄想が四方八方に飛びまくったが・・・以上、焼肉に戻る）の肉がとにかく素晴しい！そのジューシーな牛肉とチキンを口に入れると、このローカル感溢れる一軒が地元客やたくさんの著名人等に愛されてやまないかがわかる。

Tora no ana Ebisu

It takes some really good yaki niku to make me walk 20 minutes from the station. At 20 minutes it had better be the most delicious, juicy, tender beef out there....Fortunately at Ebisu's Tora no Ana (yes that's right Tiger's Hole for all you translators out there! Why Tiger's Hole? My imagination was going to all the wrong places until I heard the name stems from Chinese folklore...anyway back to the beef) the meat is of the finest quality.
