うどん、そば、ソーメン・・・日本人が愛する麺は数あれど、やはり不動の一番人気はラーメン！ラーメン情報さえ入れれば、テレビ番組も雑誌も数（視聴率／部数）が取れるというラーメン大好きなこの国。そのラーメンも昨今では様々な種類があり、変り種に驚くことも。さて、今回ご紹介するのはそんな中の一つ“トマトラーメン”！昔気質なラーメン党は眉をひそめそうだけど、これがなんとも癖になる味。
和風+中華×イタリアン＝トマトラーメン
とっておきの一杯をご堪能あれ。
料理：フレッシュであま〜い果実の食感を残すコクのあるトマトスープは止められない。これでトマト3個分のリコピン摂取。さらに、豆乳入りの細くて半透明の生麺はツルツルーっとしてさっぱり。ロハスな取り組みを掲げているお店だけに、お品書きもヘルシーな料理が並ぶ。女性も大喜びの一杯のラーメン。
価格：メインメニューの「太陽のラーメン」は一杯430円也。ごくごく一般的なラーメン価格。
サービス：明るく接客してくれます。残念ながら、丼に親指は突っ込んできません・・・
雰囲気：木の温もりを感じさせる和風な店構えの随所にトマトの赤。清潔感あって、居心地良し。

Udon, soba, ramen, Taiyo no tomato in Yotsuya provides a plethora of one of Japan’s favorite foods; the noodle. Unsurprisingly ramen stands out as this restaurant’s most beloved dish. Should you happen to even mutter that you are in need of information regarding ramen bolt your door or it will be blown in by a tsunami of magazine specials, microphone toting tv reporters and other such ramen related materials. This is a country where ramen stands alone in the noodle kingdom. Thesedays ramen comes in all shapes in sizes with everything thing from bland to shocking. Today we would like to introduce Taiyo no ramen’s tomato ramen! Old school ramen traditionalist may frown but this ramen is habit forming! Their addictive formula is Japanese taste + Chinese x Italian = Tomato ramen! Go and get your fill!
Food: Fresh, juicy tomatoes provide the base for a soup that is rich and hearty. Just one bowl and you get three servings of lycopene! Finely chopped tofu and tasty semi-translucent noodles are good for the slurping! Going along with the times this place is lohas friendly and is very popular amongst female customers.
Price: The main item on the menu is the “Taiyo Ramen” which at 430 yen is no more expensive than your average ramen!
Service: The service is friendly and fast.
Atmosphere: With wooden interior this place has all the warmth of a typical Japanese establishment with a little tomato red thrown in here and there. On top of that it is clean, and comfortable.
