I. U2、アークティック・モンキーズ（The Arctic Monkeys）、ストロークス（The Strokes）の3バンドが間もなく待望のニューアルバムの制作に取りかかる模様。ファンの皆さん、お楽しみに！
II. メタリカ（Metallica）は、天才的プロデューサー、リック・ルービン（Rick Rubin）とまた一緒に仕事をすることを発表した。現在、ルービンはウィーザー（Weezer）, スレイヤー（Slayer）そしてニール・ダイヤモンド（Neil Diamond）とも仕事をしている。
III. エルビス・コステロ（Elvis Costello）のニューアルバムのタイトルは、なんと「Momofuku」。なんとも不思議な感がするこのタイトル、日本が世界に誇るカップヌードルを初めて発売した日清食品の創業者、安藤 百福氏の名前に由来すると言う。コステロ本人がインスタントヌードル好きかどうかはわからないが、本人曰く、アルバムの制作にあたり、彼らがしなければならなかった事は“水を加える”ことだった。それで、彼の脳裏にこの言葉が過った。んんんんん・・・了解。
IV. ルーツ（The Roots） のドラマークエストラヴ（Questlove）がプロデュースしたアル・グリーン（Al Green）の新作。この新作の注目すべき点は、エイミー・ワインハウス（Amy Winehouse）との頻繁な共演でもお馴染みのダップ・キングス（the Dap-King ）の参加。
V. 最後に、ヴェルヴェット・リヴォルヴァー（Velvet Revolver）の次のアルバム制作に協力したいファンの皆さん、すぐに歌の練習を始めよう！シンガー、スコット・ウェイランド（Scott Weiland）が脱退し、穴があいたシンガーの座。そこでバンドは新たなシンガーを公募する為に特別ウェブサイトの設置を決定。君にもチャンスが！！
Today’s theme—Album Release News
I. Fans of U2, The Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes will be happy to know that all three bands will begin working on new albums soon.
II. For their new album, Metallica has announced that they will once again be joining forces with producer extraordinaire Rick Rubin. Rubin is also currently working with Weezer, Slayer and Neil Diamond.
III. Elvis Costello has announced that his new album will be named Momofuku, in honor of Ando Momofuku, the inventor of Cup Noodles. Though I am not sure if he is a fan of instant ramen or not, Costello did say that as all they had to do was “add water” to make the record, he thought that the name was appropriate. Um…OK.
IV. Al Green’s new album is being produced by drummer Questlove of the Roots. Also of note in the collaboration is the presence of the Dap-King horns who have worked heavily with Amy Winehouse.
V. Lastly, if anyone is interested in helping Velvet Revolver record their next album, start practice your singing. Having just kicked-out Scott Weiland, the band has announced that they will be setting up a new website to try and find a singer to replace him.
