食文化の紹介をテーマとしたレストランを数々プロデュースするPJグループが手がけた一軒が、銀座並木通りに面した燦然と輝く、昨年オープンしたばかりの銀座ベルビア館内に並ぶ“グリル＆ワインバー アロッサ銀座店”だ。日本国内初（それも納得）の試みなだけに、一体ニュージーランド・レストランってどんなものかと首をかしげてしまうのは無理もない。先日の日曜日のお出かけで、ニュージーランド産のハンバーガーステーキの稀に見る美味さを発見！素晴しいサラダから始って、これまた素晴しいトマト・チキンの一皿、さらに自家製ラズベリー・シャーベットまで付いて、たったの\1050！アロッサのこのランチはどこにも負けない！シンプルで心地よい雰囲気とサービスは文句のつけようがなく、アロッサには「大変よくできました」の太鼓判！

Arossa/ Great New Zealand Wine/ Ginza
Recently opened in the back streets of Ginza in the sparkling new Velvia shopping building is the one of the new editions to the PJ group's fine collection of culturally themed restaurants. The first of its type in Japan (understandably), one wonders upon entry to Arossa what a New Zealand restaurant can offer. On a recent Sunday excursion I was pleased to find out that New Zealand has the best hamburg steak I have had in ages! Preceded by an excellent salad, a delightful tomato chicken dish, and followed by a homemade raspberry sorbet, at \1050 Arossa has one of the best lunch deals running! With an simple but pleasant atomosphere and service that I found no complaints with, Arossa gets my stamp of approval.
