今日お勉強するのは、“I will”と“I'm going to”の違い。
“I'm going to”はとってもシンプルに使える。これは、「これから（未来に）何かをする」という意思を表現する。

例）．
I'm going to go home now.
　　そろそろ家に帰るよ。

I'm going to play tennis tomorrow.
　　明日、テニスをするつもりだ。

I'm going to buy a ticket for Dreamboy today.
　　Dreamboy のチケットを今日買うつもりだ。

※以下に注意
×　I will go to the concert tomorrow.
○　I am going to go to the concert tomorrow.

“I will”はもっとたくさんの意味を持っていて、多様な用法がある。
以下でいくつかの用法をチェックしてみよう。

①たった今、決めた意思（決心）を表現する

例）
"You're going to the Dreamboy concert? Ok, I will go too."
　　Dreamboy のコンサートに行くの？　じゃあ、俺も行くよ。

"How much is it? Ok, I will take two."
　　これいくら？それなら、2つ買うよ。

②“if”を使った文章中で

例）
If Asobi Seksu comes back to Japan, I will go.
　　もし Asobi Seksu がまた来日するなら、俺はライブに行くよ。

If I have enough time I will go to the concert.
　　もし時間があれば、ライブに行くよ。

③強い決心や願望を表現する

例）
Next year I WILL quit smoking.
　　来年こそはタバコをやめるぞ。

I will pass the test.
　　試験に必ず合格するぞ。

④提案をする際に

例）
Do you need help with your English class. I will help you study.
　　英語の授業に手助けが必要かい？それなら俺が勉強を手伝うよ。

I will lend you my dictionary if you need one
　　必要なら、俺の辞書を貸してあげるよ。
